Our Top 20 Quote of the day….

How are you feeling today?  Are you Above the Line or Below the Line?  Are you having Top 20 thoughts or Bottom 80 thoughts?

If you’re feeling Below the Line, ask yourself, “Am I Below the Line because I have problems or do I have problems because I’m Below the Line?”

Everyone has problems.  But we don’t have to be Below the Line because of them.  We have the power to improve our attitude about them.

Our Top 20 Quote of the day….
Remember:  It’s okay to go Below the Line.  Everyone does sometimes.  We can visit Below the Line - we just don’t want to live there. Some people are almost always Below the Line and only visit Above the Line once in awhile.  That isn’t much fun for those people or the people they care about.  When you go Below the Line, what can you do to make sure it’s just for a short while?

Our Top 20 Quote of the day….

It’s neither good nor bad to be Above or Below the Line.  It’s part of being human.  But there’s a big difference between living Above or Below the Line and visiting Above or Below the Line.  “Living” means our thinking stays there most of the time.  We can learn to live Above the Line even when bad things happen.  If we visit Below the Line, we don’t have to stay there.  Let’s do our best to live Above the Line today.
